Hot off the stage from winning Most Outstanding Show at the 2022 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Rhys Nicholson makes his long-awaited return to Tāmaki Makaurau on 3 June.
The sharply dressed and even sharper-witted Australian comic superstar won Aotearoa audiences over with his rapid-fire routines when he took out Best International Show at the NZ Intl. Comedy Fest in 2018, and again when he hosted the 2019 Best Foods Comedy Gala.
Since then he’s become a beloved judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under, released a Netflix special (Rhys Nicholson: Live at the Athenaeum), took out the top award for Most Outstanding Show at the 2022 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and hosted the 2022 Melbourne Comedy Gala. He’s been busy!
